Adult Therapy

I offer a calm, compassionate presence where you can feel safe enough to explore what hurts—and what is possible. My work with (adults 18+) is grounded in a trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and integrative approach, with a strong focus on attachment, early life experiences, and the mind–body connection.

For those new to therapy, this means we will go at a pace that feels right for you. There is no pressure to open up before you feel ready. Instead, I will meet you with curiosity and care, listening not only to what you say, but also to what might feel harder to put into words. We may explore how your past experiences are influencing the present, how patterns in relationships have formed, and how your body holds emotion and memory. Working in the here-and-now, we create space for insight, regulation, and meaningful change to unfold gently and naturally.

In our work together, I may also introduce mindfulness-based tools, creative techniques, or nervous system regulation tools to help you feel more grounded and resourced—especially during times of stress or overwhelm. Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about creating space for all parts of you to be heard and understood, so you can begin to feel more connected, resilient, and at home in yourself.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse, burnout, relationship difficulties, or a deeper search for meaning, I will feel honoured to walk alongside you with presence, patience, and care.
