Adolescence can be a time of intense change—emotionally, socially, and physically. Therapy offers a supportive space where young people can explore what they are feeling, develop healthy coping tools, and begin to understand themselves in a deeper way. My approach with adolescents is gentle, relational, and attuned to their unique developmental stage. I work at a pace that feels safe, using a combination of talk, creativity, and body-based awareness to help them express what might be difficult to put into words. Whether they are navigating anxiety, low mood, school stress, identity struggles, family challenges, or the impact of trauma, I aim to meet each young person with warmth, steadiness, and respect.
